• All the lots have been sold with KB Homes taking the largest portion
• Homes are selling in the range of $175,000 to $350,000

• 50 homes on 1-acre lots
• Located at I-10 and Sonoita Highway
• Magnificent views
• Home prices range from $300,000 to $600,000
• Half of the units are under contract for sale

Jacaranda Village
at Tewa Trail

• Purchased in 2002
• 36 homes on 1-acre sites or more
• Located in Vail
• Views of the Catalina Mountains which rival any in Tucson
• The project was sold to Moore Ventures, Inc.
• Homes are now selling for over $500,000
